
HANDS ON Cider Making Class & Tasting - Saturday March 28th 2-4pm!
Mike D and Andre of SF Brewcraft will cover the fundamentals of making ciders including selection of raw ingredients, yeast, spices, ageing and bottling. Each student will receive one gallon of raw juice , the gallon fermenter, stopper, airlock, yeast and spices/nuturients to make their own one gallon batch at home, which we will begin in the class. We will also sample a wide varietal of local and international ciders.
NOTE**** If you purchase the ticket and cannot make the date, the ticket is redeemable for ANY class at Brewcraft in the future, no problem.
