Recipe - German Rauch Beer (Smoked)
Authentic version of a German Rauchbier. Please be sure you enjoy the flavor of Smoked Malt before ordering or be adventurous enough to taste a flavor found in very few beers!
Recipe - "Chamo-Mellow" Pale Ale
This beer is put together just like any other beer with the addition of 1 pint of fresh brewed strong Chamomile tea added to the secondary fermenter, super easy to do. Call Griz for the details. This beer will make you horny and sleepy at the same time. You won't know whether to shit or go blind.
Recipe - "Andre's Libido Ale"
On those afternoons when nothing can be more pleasing and stimulating than a "nooner" or also called an "afternoon delight," we offer "Andre's Libido Ale," a beer that is sure to stimulate your erotic yearnings. Drink one before you start and one after you're finished, then do it again (if you catch our drift).
This beer is best drunk ice cold and has a slight hint of licorice flavor (caused by the fennel seed) which sweetens the breath and cleanses the mouth.
Recipe - "Burning Man Hopless Absinthe Ale"
Here is a beer version of the mythic spirit Absinthe. This beer is perfect for the Burning Man tradition. Make Absinthe Ale a tradition.
Recipe - "Rye Not Summer Rye Beer"
It's a light, refreshing, summer ale with a spritz of flavor provided by the rye.
