5 lbs Dry Wheat Malt Extract + 2 lbs Belgian 2-Row Malt + 1/2 lb Oats

EACH KIT INCLUDES:

1 oz Styrian Golding Hops
1 oz Saaz Hops
One Package Nottingham Dry Yeast (or) White Labs Calif Ale Yeast
1 Tsp Fennel Seed(crack it/add last 15min of the boil)
You need to add 1 lb Honey(not included) which is put in with the extract in the partial mash version or last 10min of the boil in the full mash version.

Drink one before you start and one after you're finished, then do it again (if you catch our drift). This beer is best drunk ice cold and has a slight hint of licorice flavor (caused by the fennel seed) which sweetens the breath and cleanses the mouth.
