White Labs European Ale Yeast or East Coast Ale Yeast

German Altbier is one of our favorite styles of beer. It should be "clean" and uncomplicated. Also Altbier, while an ale, should be "lagered" which means kept at 40-50 degrees in the secondary. White Labs European Ale and East Coast Ale are both Alt strains.
