One Package (11 gram) Windsor Dry Ale Yeast or White Labs Irish Ale Yeast

NOTE: We notice a lot of oatmeal stout recipes using extract and specialty grains only. Remember that specialty grains have little or no converting enzymes, thus the oats won't be converted and will just add starch to your stout (and might give you flatulence). This is the reason for no extract version. Be wary of any extract version of this beer that has no base malt (starch converting enzymes).
