FULL MASH
7 lbs British 2-Row
Full Mash Price:
$19.00 dry yeast
$22.00 liquid yeast

EACH KIT INCLUDES:

1.5 lbs Flaked Barley
1/2 lb Roasted Barley
1/4 lb Carafa Roast
1/4 lb English Black Roast
1 oz Target Hops
1 oz Kent Goldings Hops

One Package (15 gram) Coopers Dry Ale Yeast or White Labs Irish Ale Yeast

NOTE: We notice a lot of stout recipes using extract and specialty grains only. Remember that specialty grains have little or no converting enzymes, thus the Flaked Barley won't be converted and will just add starch to your stout (and might give you flatulence). This is the reason for no extract version. Be wary of any extract version of stout that has no base malt (starch converting enzymes).
