10 lbs Pale Malt Extract + 1 lb British 2-Row + 1/2 lb Munich Malt + 1/4 lb 20L Crystal + 1/4 lb Flaked Barley

1 cup Blackstrap Molasses (Not Included)

NOTE: You might call this a Scottish version of a British Old Ale. It is fairly high gravity so should be aged 2-4 months in the bottle. The blackstrap molasses can be purchased from any grocery store.
