NOTE: You will notice that the extract and partial mash versions do not use Cara-Pils. This is because malt extract almost always has an abundance of unfermentable sugar which is what the addition of Cara-Pils to the full mash version provides(extra body).  This beer will take 1-2 months to develop in the bottle.
